1. The object of the order is to perform a service consisting of:

- receipt of municipal waste, from the territory of the Community of Trzebiatów, from the owners of residential, mixed properties and properties on which the cottages are located,

- transport of municipal waste collected from the area of the Trzebiatów Commune,

- collection and management of waste from cemeteries.

2. General characteristics of the Municipality of Trzebiatów:

(a) the area of the municipality is 225 km2;

b) the number of inhabitants according to the reports is: 14,740 (as of 31.08.2023);

c) the number of people based on data from declarations submitted by property owners on the amount of the waste management fee is 12,133 (as of 31.08.2023);

d) number of properties with summer cottages or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes: 86 (as of 31.08.2023);

3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendices 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3 to the Terms of Reference.

1) The subject of the order is:

(a) the collection and transport of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants live in the territory of the municipality of Trzebiatów, broken down into the following fractions:

- unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

- glass,

- paper,

- plastics, metals, multi-cartridge packaging (collected in one bag or container),

- biowaste;

b) collection and transport of municipal waste from property owners in the inhabited part,

and in the uninhabited part, where municipal waste is generated in the Trzebiatów commune, divided into the following fractions:

- unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

- glass,

- paper,

- plastics, metals, multi-cartridge packaging (collected in one bag or container),

- biowaste;

(c) the collection and transport of municipal waste from the owners of property on which there are cottages or other real estate used for recreational purposes — leisure activities within the municipality of Trzebiatów, broken down into the following fractions:

- unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

- glass,

- paper,

- plastics, metals, multi-cartridge packaging (collected in one bag or container),

- biowaste;

(d) collection and transport of municipal waste as part of a drive-by collection: waste electrical equipment

and electronics, furniture and other bulky waste, tires, which will be displayed by property owners living in front of the property or at the dumpster pergolas twice a year, according to an agreed schedule.

2. A detailed description of the object of the contract is annex 7.1 to the SWZ.

1) The subject of the contract is the transport of municipal waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Strumykowa Street, 72-320 Trzebiatów) to the Waste Transfer Station

in Mokrawica and the Regional Municipal Waste Management Plant in Słajsin (applies to construction waste) broken down into the following fractions:

- glass,

- paper,

- plastics, metals, multi-cartridges (collected in one container),

- biowaste,

- large-sized waste,

- consumed electrical and electronic equipment,

- construction waste,

- worn tyres.

2. A detailed description of the object of the contract is Annex 7.2 to the SWZ.

1) The subject of the contract is the collection and management of waste from municipal cemeteries in Trzebiatów, Kłodków and Gosław.

2) The list of waste to be collected as part of the service provided shall include in particular:

- plastic packaging,

- biodegradable waste,

- Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste.

3) Waste collected in municipal cemeteries is primarily mixed waste. The Ordering Party makes every effort to ensure that waste is collected in the following fractions: metals and plastics, BIO, mixed waste. For this purpose, appropriately marked containers and information boards have been set up in the cemeteries.
