20121 - realization of Intermediate Maintenance Visits (VI) on Gazelle SA 342 helicopters of the Army

The expressed need consists of carrying out intermediate maintenance inspections (Vi) on Gazelle SA 342 helicopters of the Army.

The service specifies to the candidates for information that the holder of the market will have to:

- be able to supply original manufacturer spare parts,

- have all the tools necessary to perform the services (the SIAÉ will not make any resources available),

- produce the industrial file from the documentation to which it must be subscribed,

- insert documentation updates,

- ensure control flights at the end of VI,

- must master the following special processes:

—— welding according to standard AIR 0191 or ISO 24394,

—— non-structural riveting,

—— electricity according to standard NF C 18-510 or equivalent,

—— Cofrend level 2 non-destructive testing,

—— paint according to documents "mat 8703 01-40 §3 for Gazelle version SA 342 M / Alat" and "300-MTC 20-04-05-101".

The service also informs candidates of its feedback on additional work (Ts), specifying the following information:

- average amount of TS (parts and labor) carried out on a helicopter: EUR 5,172 excluding VAT;

- average number of TS carried out on a helicopter whose unit price is greater than EUR 1,660 excluding tax: 0.62;

- average number of TS carried out on a helicopter regardless of their price: 8.
