At the vocational schools Landsberg am Lech, a general renovation is being carried out in several partial measures.

In a first partial construction project, the construction of an interim container facility, the dismantling of existing outbuildings, the construction of a new building part in solid construction with canteen and classrooms, the renovation of the sports hall and the adaptation of the administrative area with partial dismantling, conversion and expansion. The outdoor facilities will be revised and adapted to the new building situation.

The entire measure takes place during ongoing school operations.

Administration + Gym

The existing administration wing was dismantled except for the ceiling above the basement and the part of the reinforced concrete ceiling above the ground floor.

The resulting vacant lot borders the entire length of the existing gymnasium to the north and east and parts to the south.

The new administration wing extends over the ground floor and 1st floor, and is designed as a solid construction with mainly reinforced concrete and masonry. The flat roof with greenery is supported by a steel girder construction.

The existing gymnasium will be renovated in terms of energy and technology.
