The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of office furniture to the Świętokrzyskie Laboratory Campus of the Central Office of Measures in Kielce.

The contracting authority divided the order into eight lots:

1) Part 1 - Delivery of desks and cabinets;

2) Part 2 - Supply of office chairs and armchairs;

3) Part 3 - Supply of lounge furniture;

4) Part 4 - Supply of metal furniture;

5. Part 5 — Supply of showcases;

6) Part 6 – Delivery of tables and tables;

7) Part 7 – Delivery of waste bins;

8) Part 8 — Supply of platforms.

Delivery of desks and cabinets in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract for part 1 of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 5a to the SWZ and the concept / visualization constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.

The draft provisions of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "PPU", constitute Annex 4 to the SWZ and are identical for each part of the contract.

Delivery of office chairs and armchairs in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract for part 2 of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 5b to the SWZ and the concept/visualization constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.

The draft provisions of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "PPU", constitute Annex 4 to the SWZ and are identical for each part of the contract.

Delivery of leisure furniture in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract for part 3 of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 5c to the SWZ and the concept / visualization constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.

The draft provisions of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "PPU", constitute Annex 4 to the SWZ and are identical for each part of the contract.

Delivery of metal furniture in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract for part 4 of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 5d to the SWZ and the concept / visualization constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.
