The purpose of this contract is to conclude a contract with a single "main" service provider for the design, production and printing of advertising material for point of sale (POS) and point of purchase (POP).

The challenge for the successful bidder will be to review the current range of POS and POP marketing material, redesign (design), delete some items, and design new ones according to the new strategy (BTL matrix), therefore customized according to the type of POS / POP, depending on the type of Key Account (KA) contract, etc., and in doing so, to ensure sales growth at POS / POP level and to increase awareness and the POS / POP turnover.

The contract is concluded for a period of 4 years and expires automatically upon expiry of this term. During this four-year period, the National Lottery will organize a new award procedure. If this new award procedure is not completed by the time this Framework Agreement comes to an end, the National Lottery has the right to exceptionally extend this period for a maximum of 6 months, at the end of the maximum period of 4 months. years.
