Delivery of computer equipment under the "Digital Municipality" program and delivery of laptops as part of the task "PPGR Grants - Support for children and grandchildren of former PGR employees in digital development"

The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment under the "Digital Municipality" program and the supply of laptops as part of the task "PPGR Grants - Support for children and grandchildren of former PGR employees in digital development

Delivery of desktop and portable computers

Part I: Supply of computers for the needs of the Commune Office and subordinate units: 36 desktop computers and 6 portable computers as part of the "Digital Municipality" task. The equipment that is the subject of each part of the contract must be professional and brand new, of proper quality, efficient, free from any physical defects, as well as from any legal defects and claims of third parties, not used, not exhibited. By the term brand new Ordering Party understands products made of new elements, without a trace of damage, in the original unopened and factory-protected packaging of the manufacturer, e.g. with a visible logo, product symbol and shelf life (it is allowed to open the packaging in order to install the software required by the Ordering Party, if the manufacturer does not provide them). The Ordering Party does not allow interference with components and modification of equipment configured by the manufacturer before delivery. The required components and equipment must be factory-fitted by the manufacturer. It is necessary to install the programs required by the Ordering Party (if they are not installed by the manufacturer). The equipment supplied must contain all the parts necessary for operation, commissioning and assembly, and the components in the kits must be compatible with each other. The software must be able to update and security patches free of charge. The supplied equipment must be in accordance with applicable standards and have the required attestations, certificates, technical approvals, declarations of conformity of embedded materials, safety certificates, approvals, licenses, etc. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is described in Annex 10 to this SWZ.

Delivery of 12 UTM devices for the needs of the Commune Office and subordinate units

Delivery of 12 UTM devices (constituting firewalls). The equipment that is the subject of each part of the contract must be professional and brand new, of proper quality, efficient, free from any physical defects, as well as from any legal defects and claims of third parties, not used, not exhibited.
