The procurement relates to Lånekassen's [the Norwegian State Housing Bank] document scanning services and associated services. The contract period is 3 (three) years from the delivery date. The contract will be automatically renewed for 1 (one) year at a time. This is an ongoing service agreement based on SSA-L [Agreement concerning Ongoing Purchase of Services via the Internet].

The procurement relates to Lånekassen's [the Norwegian State Housing Bank] document scanning services and associated services.

This operating agreement is established between the parties regarding the provision of scanning services and related services to the Contracting Authority during the contract period. The tenderer's main responsibility is to offer the Contracting Authority flexible scanning services of operationally good quality. 

The scanning services include the following principal areas:

- Post reception 

- Primary sorting 

- Returning missent mail 

- Scanning and interpretation 

- Finishing processes. 

- Online system for categorising and distributing mail 

- Archiving 

- Online system for access to logging, reporting and statistics 

 The value of this contract is between NOK 4,000,000 and 8,000,000.
