The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 (one) factory new electric bus, produced not earlier than 3 months before delivery date, with a mileage of not more than 300 km and a charger with two plug-in connectors with a total capacity of 80 kW with simultaneous capacity charging buses at two stations with a power of 40 kW or using charging one bus at one station with a power of 80kW.
Purchase of an electric bus and a charger in the territory of the Municipal Municipality in Chodzieża”, under which this order will be implemented, has been subject to funding in the form of a grant from the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management NFOŚiGW — Contract No. — 2218/ 2021/Wn15/OA-TP-FN/D.
1. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex 3 to SWZ - Technical requirements for electric bus and charger.
3. The Contractor will be obliged to provide the subject of the order with parameters consistent with SWZ, Technical requirements for electric bus and charger, with a submitted offer containing a detailed description of the assortment offered by the Contractor.
4. The Contractor shall provide guarantees:
1) On the whole bus - a minimum of 36 months without a limit of kilometers (a separate warranty applies per energy storage).
2) For corrosive perforation of external plating and body skeleton and chassis without the need for additional maintenance during operation -10 years (120 months).
3) For paint coatings -5 years (60 months).
4) On the durability of the structure and sheathing i.e. cracking of the skeleton, frame, sheathing sheets - 10 years (120 months).
5) On the possibility of buying all spare parts for the bus: its assembly design, components, equipment etc -15 years.
6) For system and components: monitoring, on-board computer and directional plates with erasers, passenger counting system - 5 years (60 months).
7) For propulsion system - 6 years, the warranty includes the entire electronic system of power storage control, electric motors and auxiliary components responsible for the operation of the electric drive.
5. The Contracting Authority informs that, in the bus and the device of the bus charging infrastructure under the present proceedings, the share of goods of products originating in the Member States of the European Union with which the European Union has concluded agreements
having equal treatment for entrepreneurs or countries to whom Directive 2014/25/EU applies under Council Decision shall not exceed 50% (in value terms) will result in rejection of the offer pursuant to Article 393 (1) (4) of the PZP Act.
6. Additional information on the detailed scope of the contract is contained in the proposed contractual provisions — Annex 1 to SWZ
7. In the procurement procedure, the contracting authority shall request the means of evidence in question to confirm the conformity of the supply offered with the requirements/characteristics specified in the description of the subject matter of the procurement and description of the criteria for evaluation of the tenders/requirements related to the execution of the contract. The measures of evidence submitted by the Contractor are indicated in point 5.6. SWZ.
The submission of the measures of evidence in question shall be submitted together with the offer.
If the Contractor does not submit the means of evidence in question or the means of evidence in question are incomplete, the Contracting Authority shall, in accordance with Article 107 (2) of the Act, call for them to be submitted or supplemented.
The Contracting Authority may request explanations from the contractors regarding the content of the evidence in question.
The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 106 (3) of the PZP Act shall accept equivalent evidence measures in question if they confirm that the supplies offered meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority.
