As part of an open procedure, the Municipal Jobcenter Hamm awards the implementation of a measure with a total of 20 places for vocational training in external institutions in accordance with the cooperative model according to § 76 Third Book of the Social Code (SGB III).

In the customer base of the Municipal Jobcenter Hamm, there are a large number of young people and young adults who have not yet succeeded in starting and successfully completing dual training due to learning disabilities, special educational needs and/or multiple problems.

For this target group, places for vocational training will be provided, which will enable participants to acquire professional qualifications through intensive technical and socio-pedagogical support.

For this occupational group, 12 places for vocational training are to be made available.

Places must be offered in the following professional segments:

- Agricultural, forestry and horticultural professions

- Manufacturing occupations (crafts/industry)

- Construction and finishing professions

- Transport and logistics professions

- Food and hospitality professions

For this occupational group, 8 places for vocational training are to be made available.

Places must be offered in the following professional segments:

- Medical and non-medical health professions

- Handelsberufe

- Business-related service occupations

- Economic and administrative professions
