The Directorate of Digitalisation (Digdir) would like to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System to cover the directorate's need for consultancy services within project and process management. The need for consultancy services is connected, amongst other things, to the Altinn system. There will also be a need for consultancy support for assignments and projects connected to the directorate's main functions.
Attention is drawn to the fact that is one of several areas where we are establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for consultancy services.

Digdir invites interested tenderers to apply for inclusion in the purchasing system. Inclusion in the purchasing system does not involve a procurement obligation for Digdir, or a delivery obligation for providers. A contract will not be signed before a contest has been held under the system.
The first qualification round will last for 30 days. The Directorate of Digitalisation cannot, therefore, start to hold contests under the system for 30 days when we have assessed all the applications for inclusion that have been received by the deadline.
Estimated value
Between NOK 40- NOK 50 million excluding VAT over four years. The value is subject to change as Digdir is a newly established directorate. The estimated value is based on figures obtained from the previous 'Difi' and 'Altinn'. The amount procured will nevertheless depend on budget grants.
