The purpose of the tender is to conclude a framework agreement concerning the purchase, supply and maintenance of multifunction printers for the Purchaser.
In addition to the purchase of multifunction printers under the framework agreement, the Contracting Entity also wants a service agreement as standard, which extends for up to 6 years from the time the tenderer delivers the machine.
The framework agreement is for 4 years and is expected to enter into force on 15 December 2023 and expire on 14 December 2027. The framework agreement is irrevocable for the tenderer, but may be terminated by the Contracting Entity with 6 months' notice.
The framework agreement is binding to apply for the municipality.

The service agreement covers fault correction and replacement of spare parts/consumables, except toner, staples and surplus toner box, which the Customer must replace itself.
The individual service agreement is signed with an 8-hour on-call time during normal working hours, which will be between 8.00 - 16.00 Monday to Thursday, and 8.00 - 13.00 Friday.
On the Client's existing machinery, the Ordering Entity will continue with the existing service agreements.
In the award criteria, the contracting entity has, among other things, emphasized the environment and green production of the individual multifunction printer. In addition, the Contracting Entity has not imposed high requirements on print quality, to ensure that the Tenderer can bid with multifunction printers that do not automatically print with the highest possible quality.
