The contract concerns the provision of customs representation and goods transport services on behalf of CEA DAM Ile-de-France at national and international level.

It includes

- a one-month observation and preparation phase (option 1),

- an execution phase consisting of a firm period of 36 months and an option to extend it by 11 months (option n°2)

- a reversibility phase running over the last two months of the implementation phase (option n°3)

The contract may not exceed 48 months.

The services include:

- a firm share composed of:

- services remunerated according to the unit price schedule (BPU). They concern in particular national and international transport operations (in the European Union and outside the European Union), customs formalities, including customs clearance operations, all other actions carried out with the customs authorities within the scope defined by the CEA, regulatory monitoring with information from the CEA/DIF of any significant regulatory or legislative developments, assistance and advice in all areas related to freight and issues. Customs.

- services on estimate at the request of the CEA for the realization of specific operations of customs representation and transport of goods, not provided for in the services remunerated according to BPU. They concern in particular the transport of dangerous goods, accompanied baggage, goods of size and/or for destinations not referenced in the BPU.
