The purpose of this consultation is to issue framework agreements for the prepress and printing services of the general information magazine of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, the Sqy Mag. Sqy Mag magazine is currently distributed to Sqy residents, with an average of 104,000 copies for each issue and 5 to 11 issues per year. These quantities and frequencies may evolve during the term of the framework agreement. The detailed description of the services and their technical specifications are indicated in the special technical clauses (CCTP).

The lot includes layout and digital outputs.

It includes the following services:

- the printing and shaping of Sqy Mag according to the technical specifications indicated in article 2 of lot 2 of the CCTP,

- the use of CTP (Computer to Plate) technology, from high definition digital PDF files transmitted by high speed digital link from the prepress agency,

- free delivery of port in 2 distribution points.

Delivery locations for lot 2: at the time of the consultation, the 2 main places of delivery are:

- logistics platform of Sqy: ZA of 4 Trees, 2 rue Fond des Roches, 78990 Élancourt,

- distributor provider: currently Gargenville (78).
