1) The subject of the contract is: "Delivery of brand new, built-in and equipped 12 ambulances type "C" together with medical equipment for the Provincial Emergency Service in Katowice".
2) The scope of the contract includes: delivery, installation and equipment of "C" type ambulances.
3) A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority in the scope of implementation and acceptance shall be specified by:
- the description of the subject of the contract is included in the technical specification constituting - Annex 1a to the SWZ,
- Designed provisions of the contract — Annex 5 to SWZ.
All requirements set out in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and their fulfilment is obligatory. Failure to comply with the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226 (1) (5) of the Law Pzp.
5) Guarantee and warranty
- The required warranty period for individual ele.sk loading orders is specified in Annex 1a to the SWZ
