Mechanical maintenance and construction work 444110 / 2023

The City of Pieksämäki requests binding written tenders in accordance with the appendices to the contract notice published in the Hilma notification channel for the use of the City of Pieksämäki Mechanical maintenance and construction work 444110 / 2023 for the procurement as presented in this invitation to tender.

The offer excludes soil and aggregate transports with their materials (offer 386267 / 2022 Delivery of soil and aggregates).

MACHINERY AND MANPOWER TO BE PROVIDED

The machine service offer takes into account all machines, for example, the following:

If the tenderer has additional equipment for the machines offered, the tenderer downloads the additional equipment as set out in Annex 2, filled in the criteria for the subject of the contract. The tenderer may offer one or more machines.

If the tenderer also offers machines other than those mentioned above, the tenderer will also leave the hourly prices of their machines in Appendix 3 in the criteria section of the object of the contract.

The offer must include the unit prices of the machines, the equipment and accessories included in the unit price, and separately priced accessories.

The city's own equipment is primarily used to carry out the work that is the subject of the procurement. If the City's own equipment is not enough, the most suitable equipment will be taken at any given time in accordance with the offers.

Machinery must be CE marked. We primarily use machines that meet the Stage IV emissions standard, as well as trucks that meet the Euro 6 emission standards.

The provider must be a reliable partner of the Tilaajavastuu.fi system for the service.

The winter maintenance offer is priced separately in Appendix 4.

Winter maintenance is carried out according to the care classification of the City of Pieksämäki. The customer determines the areas and the need for winter maintenance at unit prices. The regions may change during the agreement period, if necessary. In the tender, the tenderer must present spare equipment or an alternative model for interruptions in work due to a breakdown or other reason. A warning may be issued for non-compliance with the contract. The client has the right to change the supplier in the middle of the contract period if the customer does not comply with the City of Pieksämäki's treatment classification or the instructions of the management despite a warning. The offer must include unit prices including the necessary on-call duty.

A m³ and hourly rate is offered for driving snow. The m³ price of snow drift must include loading, transport and maintenance of the snow dump for the snow driven. The hourly price of snow driving does not include loading, nor the maintenance of a snow dump. The City of Pieksämäki has a loading line for snow loading. As a result, vehicles participating in hourly snow driving must have additional/podium devices on the side of the road driver. An hourly rate is offered for snow loading. The need for and operating method of snow driving and snow loading are determined by the foreman of the City of Pieksämäki.

The offer must include the unit price including on-call duty for snow work (on-call duty only for snow work).
