This open call for tenders is subject to the provisions of Articles R. 2124-2 1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The benefits will be subject to a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum or maximum pursuant to Articles R. 2162-2 paragraph 2, R. 2162-4 3º and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14. The consultation is divided into two batches.
