Sansia Oy asks for your tenders on behalf of Jätekukko Oy for the collection and transport of biowaste and the transport of presses and pallets to the processing point indicated by the customer.

The procurement is divided into three (3) sub-areas:

1. Biowaste, Kuopio, central area

2. Biowaste, other area (excluding Kuopio, central area)

3. Transportation of presses and pallets

In procurement, one (1) supplier is selected per sub-area.

Tenders can be submitted in one or more areas. However, the contracting entity shall limit the number of lots for which a tenderer may be selected. The tenderer may be selected for a maximum of two (2) areas.

If the tenderer submits a tender for all three areas, the tender must already be accompanied by information on which two areas the tenderer chooses in the event that the tenderer ranks first in all three areas in the comparison.

As an exception to this rule: The contracting entity may waive the restriction recorded above if no other tenders have been received for the part that would be excluded from the winning tenderer as a result of the restriction. In this case, the contracting entity may select a tenderer for all three areas or, at its discretion, suspend the subdivision on the grounds laid down in the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts.

Contract period 30.9.2024 - 30.9.2029. In addition, there is the possibility of three (3) option years, the introduction of which is decided either one year or several years at a time.

The sub-area includes the emptying of biowaste containers in the Kuopio central area and the transport of waste to the treatment point indicated by the customer in accordance with the waste management regulations and the requirements set out in the procurement documents.

These changes do not affect contract prices.

The subdivision includes emptying the press and pallets of the Waste Rooster domain and transporting the waste to the treatment site indicated by the customer in accordance with the waste management regulations and the requirements specified in the procurement documents.
