1. The subject of the order is the delivery of two sets of brand new perimeter protection systems, the first start-up and implementation of training in their operation.
2. The Awarding Entity provides for the option to exercise the option right.

The subject of the order is the delivery of two sets of brand new perimeter protection systems, the first start-up of systems in places indicated by the Employer and the implementation of training in their operation for 28 people. Detailed conditions and technical and functional requirements regarding the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 4 to the ToR "Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ)".
2. The Awarding Entity provides for the option to exercise the option right.
3. The subject of the basic contract is the delivery of two complete sets of perimeter protection systems (SOP) in the following complete set:
Set No. 1:
- 2 base stations,
- 24 wireless seismic sensors with batteries or accumulators,
- 6 TV cameras with two replaceable Li-ION batteries for each camera,
- 6 radio retransmitters for the signal from TV cameras with two replaceable Li-ION batteries for each retransmitter,
- necessary accessories, dedicated wiring for two different base station mounting locations,
- transport and assembly equipment, additional spare accessories, i.e. antennas, mounting brackets, cables.
Set No. 2:
- 3 base stations,
- 36 wireless seismic sensors with batteries or accumulators,
- 9 TV cameras with two replaceable Li-ION batteries for each camera,
- 9 radio retransmitters for the signal from TV cameras with two replaceable Li-ION batteries for each retransmitter,
- necessary accessories, dedicated wiring for three different base station mounting locations,
- transport and assembly equipment, additional spare accessories, i.e. antennas, mounting brackets, cables.
4. Under the option right, the purchase is envisaged: up to 24 additional wireless seismic sensors each equipped with a battery or accumulator and elements listed in OPZ point II.1 13 and 14 to Set No. 1; up to 36 additional wireless seismic sensors each equipped with a battery or accumulator and elements listed in OPZ point II.2 13 and 14 to set 2.
5. The Employer requires that the subject of the contract meets all the parameters specified in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), was brand new, complete, technically efficient, came from a legal sales channel, was free of physical defects and manufactured no earlier than 18 months before the date of submission offers.
6. The Purchaser requires that the offered subject of the contract be covered by a minimum warranty of 24 months for the whole system. During the warranty and warranty period, the costs of service and transport shall be borne by the Contractor.
7. The Employer allows the Contractor to entrust the performance of part of the contract to subcontractors. In the case of entrusting the implementation of part of the contract to subcontractors, the Employer requests to complete in part II section D of the form "EAT". The contracting authority will not verify subcontractors for the absence of grounds for exclusion from the procedure. Therefore, the Employer does not require submission of separate EAT forms for the subcontractors indicated by the Contractor and does not require for each subcontractor to provide information in part II of sections A and B and in part III of EAT.
Failure to submit a declaration regarding subcontracting will be recognized by the Employer as an intention to perform the contract with the Contractor's own strength. If the subcontractor is entrusted with the implementation of part of the contract, the Contractor shall be liable for the subcontractor's actions as for his own.
