Receipt of municipal waste from the town of Szczecinek in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the collection and transfer of municipal waste from owners of inhabited and mixed properties in the territory of the city of Szczecinek in the field of:

1.1. receipt of municipal waste from owners of inhabited and mixed property, i.e. those comprising inhabited and non-inhabited parts, within the city of Szczecinek, broken down into the following fractions:

a/ unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste — approximately 8700 Mg

b/ biodegradable waste — approx. 1000 Mg

c/ paper and cardboard — approx. 800 Mg

d/ metals, plastics and multi-cartridges — approx. 1000 Mg,

e/ glass — approx. 750 Mg

f/ large-sized waste, including waste electrical and electronic equipment approx. 800 Mg,

and the transfer of collected municipal waste referred to in paragraph a-f above to the Municipal Installation — Waste Management Plant of Wardyń Górny 35, 78-320 Połczyn Zdrój, managed by Inter-Municipal Enterprise Waste Management Sp. z o.o. in Wardyń Górny, which is a Law Company Commercial, of which the City of Szczecinek is a shareholder and in which 100% shares belong to local government units,

1.2. carrying out mobile collection of large-sized waste, including waste electrical and electronic equipment,

1.3. equipment, during the period of the contract for the performance of the contract, inhabited and mixed properties in containers for unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and containers and/or bags for collection of waste collected in a selective manner, i.e.:

- biodegradable waste,

- paper and cardboard,

- glass,

- metals, plastics and multi-plant packaging.

2. A detailed description of the conditions for the execution of the subject of the contract shall include a detailed range of services as set out in Annex 1 to SWZ.

3. The implementation of services in a quantity not resulting in the achievement of remuneration for the whole subject of the contract does not entitle the Contractor to request contracts involving the repetition of similar services or works, additional or other, as well as claims for payment in full of remuneration for the subject orders. The Contracting Authority shall pay the Contractor a remuneration only for the actual services

4. The scope of services shall be min. 80% of the range of services defined in the detailed range of services, as set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ.
