The municipalities in the Ringerike region (Ringerike municipality, Hole municipality, Jevnaker municipality, Modum municipality and Krødsherad municipality) are working to increase the number of new establishments and strengthen the viability, growth and profitability of the businesses being established. As a measure to achieve the goals, the municipalities offer a start-up guidance service. Ringerike municipality currently has a cooperation agreement with Viken County on behalf of the Ringerike region.
