Nedre Romerike brann- og redningstjeneste IKS (NRBR) [Nedre Romerike Fire and Rescue Services Inter-municipal Company] intends to enter into parallel framework agreements for fuel delivered from pumps and vehicle resources to our vehicles.
NRBR, hereafter called the contracting authority, intends to enter into parallel framework agreements for fuel delivered from pumps and vehicle resources to our vehicles. In order to achieve the higher possible geographic coverage we will enter into framework agreements with multiple suppliers within each of the individual sub areas. We have seven fire stations, three barracks and four part-time stations in Lørenskog, Lillestrøm, Nittedal, Rælingen and Aurskog-Høland municipalities. The contracting authority currently has a total of 63 vehicles needing diesel or petrol, of which 59 use diesel and four petrol. The majority of the company’ vehicles are over 3.5 tonnes.
The following products are included in the delivery:
Fuel from pumps:
- Diesel (taxed) estimated need approx. 100,000 litres per year
- Petrol (95 octane lead-free) estimated need approx. 5,000 litres per year
- ADBlue estimated need approx. 3,500 litres per year
Vehicle resources:
- ADBlue (bottles/cans)
- Other vehicle resources:
-- Windscreen washing solution (ready-mixed)
-- Antifreeze
-- Oil Products
-- Washing of passenger vehicles
All product must satisfy requirements in accordance with applicable standards, laws and regulations.
Estimates concerning fuel and vehicle resources are based on previous consumption and future prognosis for activity. The framework agreements have no minimum or maximum call-off, and stated estimates are not binding for the contracting authority or rights-creating for suppliers. We reserve the right to make changes to consumption of fuel during a new contract period following for example changed distribution between fuel types for the company’s portfolio, that vehicles are phased out or that vehicles are replaced by vehicles operating on other types of fuel.
