This procurement follows the negotiated procedure with pre-qualification in accordance with Part I and Part III of the Regulations. The procurement is divided into 2 stages, stage 1 and stage 2.
In stage 1, all interested service providers can submit requests for participation in the contest.
Stage 2 is implemented after pre-qualification of service providers. In stage 2, only the qualified and invited tenderers submit tender offers. Up to 5 service providers will be invited, and these must deliver a solution proposal.

The school facility will contain a multi purpose hall, a park will be developed on the plan area that is not included in the school outdoor area.
