At the present tender, the Contracting Process wishes to obtain offers for sewage and excavation works extensively:
• Digging works for main wiring (water, heat, electricity and sewer) and laying down of sewage pipes incl. associated wells and like.
• Digging works for spule taps
• Digging works for outdoor lighting
• Digging works for buried waste containers
• Graveworks for foundations for orangery

The tender is part of a larger entrepreneurial project concerning the construction of 100 turnkey, publicly supported, general family and senior residences as well as community house located Rismarksvej 52, 5200 Odense V, offered in a number of phases. Contracting entities intend to apply the partial benefit rule in Section 8 (2) of the Procurement Act in respect of certain deliveries in the overall entry price project.
The total contract award shall be implemented using the delegated builder model, which means that Thors Have A/S, as a delegate builder, must lift Fyn's Non-Profit Housing Company (“FAB”) tender obligation under the tender act. Thors Have A/S has entered into a total contract with contracting entities to acquire the rights and obligations of Thors Have A/S under Thor's Have A/S agreement with FAB. Contracting entities must thus lift the FAB's tender obligation under the Procurement Act.
The 100 general family and senior residences are listed on two building fields; building field B0 (about 6,438 m2) and construction field B8 (about 2,470 m2) incl. community house, Rismarksvej 52 i 5200 Odense V, which FAB acquires from Thors Have A/S by a conditional purchase agreement for the construction of general family and senior housing.
