1. The subject of the contract is, described in detail in point II of the Description of the Subject of the Contract, hereinafter: OPZ, expansion of the capacity owned by the Ordering Party 2 pcs. Huawei Oceanstor Dorado 5000 V6 All-Flash disk arrays, along with assembly and configuration in two locations of the Ordering Party's server room.
2. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of the right of option consisting in further expansion of disk arrays indicated in paragraph 1, as described in point II B OPZ.
3. The conditions for the performance of the contract are specified in the Draft Agreement - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the Order (OPZ) constitutes Annex 1 to the Draft Agreement.
5. Order according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary: 302 33000-1.
6. The Ordering Party shall allow an equivalent solution, consisting in the delivery of new and unused disk equipment with parameters not worse than the arrays in the possession of the Ordering Party, described in point III and taking into account the technical requirements for expansion, described in point II

The Ordering Party allows an equivalent solution, consisting in the delivery of new and unused disk equipment with parameters not worse than the arrays in the possession of the Ordering Party, described in point III and taking into account the technical requirements for expansion, described in point II of the OPZ.
7. The Ordering Party considers an equivalent solution to a solution that will not incur additional costs on the part of the Ordering Party (e.g. additional licenses, additional equipment, costs related to the modification of systems operating at the Ordering Party, etc.) and will not result in the loss of warranty for the devices owned in the Ordering Party's infrastructure.
