Windows, furniture, lamps, light sources (some containing mercury), radiators with cables, heating, ventilation, sanitary facilities, elevator cabs with all accessories and built-in parts (the list is exemplary, not explicitly complete!).
Earthworks in the basement area, including backfilling and compaction of the demolition areas not required for the new excavation.
