Windesheim wants to enter into a framework agreement with one contractor for the supply of flowers. The framework agreement has an initial duration of two (2) years with the possibility to extend it twice (2) by one (1) year. The contract shall be awarded to the Tenderer with the Most Economically Advantageous Tender on the basis of the award criterion of best value for money. The intended start date of the assignment is 1 September 2023.
