H. Skjøde Knudsen A / S is to construct 46 turnkey publicly supported family dwellings with associated garden areas for the Funen Almennyttige Boligselskab, according to the delegated building model, which means that H. Skjøde Knudsen A / S is responsible for the public procurement obligation for Fyns Almennyttige Boligselskab.
The offer includes 2 professional contracts concerning:
1) Delivery of prefabricated concrete elements incl. fitting elements and bath cabinets, as well
2) Delivery of prefabricated bath cabinets, which must be carried out in a rough house of approx. 4 117 m
Prior to the contract, a construction site, sub-construction consisting of soil, foundation, utilities, terrain tires and sewerage has been completed.

Delivery of prefabricated concrete elements incl. mounting elements and bath cabinets.
Delivery and installation of concrete elements, including:
- Concrete wall elements
- Sandwich facade elements with graduated colors,
- Occasional distinction in concrete,
- Floor elements for floor separation and roof decks,
- Casting of electrical cans, etc.
- Recesses for plumbing installations,
- Installation of bath cabinets supplied by another supplier,
- Delivery and installation of concrete stairs in stairwells,
- Supply and mounting of balcony panels and supporting walls,
- Delivery and assembly of 7 figure elements for the entrance hallway, as well as the entrance hallway
- Delivery and installation of stair tower and elevator tower.

Supply of prefabricated bath cabinets.
