the purpose of this contract is the supply of natural gas made site, the use of the public distribution network and the services associated with this service for the delivery points of the City of Coudekerque Branche (see List of 46 buildings listed in the annex to CCTP 2022.17). The services are described in the Book of Special Technical Clauses. The market runs from its notification with an effective date of June 1, 2022 for 3 firm years.The buyer specifies that he does not resort to allotment because it would be likely to restrict competition. Indeed, an allotment according to the routing rates or according to a geographical division would lead to unbalanced lots that would arouse little interest.
