The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment (5 tasks)
This procedure shall be carried out under the unlimited invitation to tender referred to in Article 132 of the Pzp Act on the value of a contract equal to or exceeding the Union thresholds set out under Article 3 of the Pzp Act. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Pzp Act
The contractor may entrust the execution of part of the order to the subcontractor or subcontractors.
The Contracting Authority requires the Contractors to lodge a bid bond for tasks No. 1 and No. 2 in the amount indicated in the procurement documents (SWZ)
The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL
Task No. 1 – Computer sets1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of computer equipment (hereinafter referred to as "the subject of the contract" or "the product" or "the equipment" or "the goods"). The subject of the contract includes 5 tasks (partial tenders), including:
1.1. Task No. 1 – Computer sets,
1.2. Task No. 2 – Portable computers,
1.3. Task No. 3 – Monochrome printers,
1.4. Task No. 4 – Multifunction devices,
1.5. Task 5 – Colour multifunction devices.

1.3. Task No. 3 – Monochrome printers,
1.4. Task No. 4 – Multifunction devices,
1.5. Task 5 – Colour multifunction devices.
