In the scope of:

1) the development of the design documentation together with the preparation of materials for submission of an application in order to obtain a decision on a construction permit/authorisation for the implementation of the road investment (hereinafter “ZRID”) by the contracting authority and obtaining a final construction authorisation/implementation permit the road investment of the ZRID with the rigour of immediate feasibility and obtaining the opinions, arrangements and other administrative decisions necessary to carry out the investment task in question.

Attention! The Contracting Authority permits the possibility of obtaining separate ZRID decisions for individual sections of the road or objects covered by the contract;

2) the execution of the construction works on the task in question based on the design documentation developed by the contractor, the relevant provisions of the law, together with the final decision on the use permit for the entire section covered by the contract.

A detailed description of the order includes OPZ — Annex 4 to SWZ and Contract Model Annex No 3.
