The purpose of this contract is the cleaning of offices and premises.
This contract includes periodic and daily cleaning services and, on the other hand, on-call cleaning services (punctual) and/or extraordinary cleaning services of the offices and premises of the Maison de la Solidarité asbl building.
Periodic and daily cleaning services shall mean all regular services using all means of execution to ensure cleaning in accordance with the rules of the art, in complete safety and under the best economic conditions.
On-call cleaning services and/or extraordinary cleaning services include all specific, additional and occasional cleaning tasks (e.g. temporary increase in the number of m² to be cleaned, cleaning after an event, etc.).
PLACE OF PROVISION OF SERVICES:
The building of the Maison de la Solidarité asbl are located at Rue Saint-Jean 32-38, 1000 Brussels. The total area of the 18.109 m² must be cleaned periodically. The premises are spread over 10 floors and consist of offices, reception, meeting rooms, elevators, sanitary areas, etc.
The duration of the contract is 12 months tacitly renewable 3 times for the same period
