The purpose of this contract is to provide catering services for the independent living center for the elderly at the CCAS in Avon, as well as the supply of cold-link meals for the CCAS in Avon.

This contract is concluded in order to entrust to 1 service provider the catering service autonomy Jean Fontenelle - CCAS d'Avon.

The service is provided 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

The service includes:

- developing and carrying out the lunch menus as detailed in the CCTP,

- the supply of food,

- the supply of work clothes, their maintenance, as well as the supply of professional disposable equipment and kitchen maintenance products,

- the supply of disposable napkins and paper towels,

- the management of the buffer stock (provision of a stock of goods in order to compensate for any possible failure).

This contract relates to the supply of meals in cold connection for elderly people, including the midday meal and a snack for the evening, at the Communal center of social action (CCAS) of Avon.
