The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas type E for the commune of Raszyn and 14 organizational units in 2020-2021, including the purchase of gas fuel in the form of high-methane natural gas type E for 22 (twenty-two) gas collection points (POG) located in the commune Raszyn, Pruszków poviat, in the years 2020–2022 in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997 (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755, as amended).

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas type E for the commune of Raszyn and 14 organizational units in 2020-2021, including the purchase of gas fuel in the form of high-methane natural gas type E for 22 (twenty-two) gas collection points (POG) located in the commune Raszyn, Pruszków poviat, in the years 2020–2022 in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997 (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755, as amended).

In total, the Employer has designated 22 gas collection points located in the commune of Raszyn.

1. A detailed list of natural gas collection points with contracted capacities is included in Annex 2 - List of the Employer's facilities.

2. The estimated estimated consumption of gaseous fuel in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2021 is: 13 773 600 kWh. - in accordance with Annex 3 - Forecast of gas fuel demand in the Raszyn commune.

The estimated levels of gaseous fuel consumption for 2020-2021 were based on actual gaseous fuel consumption in the period of January 2018 - July 2019.
