The order concerns a work with the CPV code [4500000-7 Construction work], [45315100-9 Electrical installation work], [45351000-2, Mechanical installation work].

The purpose of this tender is to conclude a building contract for contracting work with a party that will allow the realization of the annex of the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, including the catering section, by redeveloping the Kapel & Convict building in the Beatrixpark in Amsterdam, consisting of approximately 3 400 m2 GFA can be realized.

The work concerns an integral assignment for the technical elaboration and realization of all architectural, installation-technical and infrastructural aspects of the project, the custom design of the concert hall and part of the garden, including the terraces.

In a design team, consisting of the Principal (Housing & Management department), the project manager (R-ffect) the architect (Office Winhov), architectural consultancy (ABT), the installation technical consultancy (Huygen), acoustic consultancy (Peutz) the constructor ( Luning), and the landscape architect (Delva), a plan has been drawn up. This plan has been elaborated by the various parties for their discipline and has resulted in a Final Design.
