This contract concerns the assignment on behalf of the Municipality of Monte Carlo of the school transport service of students attending kindergartens, primary and secondary schools of first degree located in the Municipality of Monte Carlo, as well as the provision of the additional transport service for educational and educational activities (outings/trips) in the municipal or non-municipal context and for extra activities schools (summer camps, swimming courses, etc.) promoted by the municipal administration, as detailed in the special tender specifications and in the other documents available on the START platform.

the school transport service must be carried out in accordance with the school calendar and the start and end times of school activities, in the manner described in art. 7 of the special specifications contract and according to the routes indicatively identified in the Routes Detail (Annex A). The subject of the contract includes:

• The school transport service for students attending kindergartens, primary and secondary schools located in the Municipality of Monte Carlo;

• The additional transport service for educational and educational activities (outings/trips) in the municipal or non-municipal area for an annual indicative total of n. 140 km for the Municipality of Monte Carlo;

• The transport service for non-school activities (summer camps, swimming courses, etc...) promoted by the Municipal Administration for an annual indicative total of n. 50 km;

• the service of delivery to families of any communications and printed materials, coming from the Municipal Administration;

• the coordination and connection service, to be carried out at the offices of the municipal offices identified by the Administration through the personnel of the winning company, without prejudice to the hierarchical dependence and functional towards the company itself. The winning company undertakes to ensure, for the aforementioned staff, insurance coverage for accidents and civil liability towards third parties, for any liability for damages or claims, even in progress that they should occur in the performance of the planned activities.
