The purpose of this contract is the provision of the technical assistance services necessary for, on the one hand, the management, provision and administration of the computer infrastructure on which the services provided and managed by the General Secretariat of Digital Administration are supported, as well as for the assumption and execution of the responsibilities associated with the measures of Axis 1 of the Public Administration Digitalization Plan 2021-2025, and on the other for the design, execution and monitoring of transformation and improvement projects of said management.
Lot 1: Technical Assistance for the administration and transformation of the IT infrastructure that supports the services of the General Secretariat of Digital Administration.o Block A. Support for the Administration and Management of Services: technical assistance necessary for the maintenance of the correct functioning of the services of the SGADo Block B. Design and Execution of Transformation Projects: design, execution and monitoring of transformative projects that allow the improvement in the management and provision by the SGIO of the services provided to the SGAD and the rest of the Organisms within the framework of Your responsibilities.
Lot 2: Operation, maintenance and operation services of SGAD Data Processing Centreso Block A. Technical Assistance to the Operation and Maintenance of CPD: technical assistance of operation necessary for the maintenance of the correct functioning of the CPDs of the SGAD.o Block B. Design and Execution of the Transformation Projects: design, execution and monitoring of the transformation projects that allow to improve and evolve the service provided in the CPDs of the SGAD.
