Supply of computer equipment for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of the Gdańsk University of Technology

The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of the Gdańsk University of Technology. The customer divided the order into 7 parts: Part 1: Delivery of 18 pcs. computer kits for KASK. Part 2 Delivery 1 pc managed switch for KASK. Part 3 Delivery 20 pcs. computer central units and 2 pcs. monitors for KIOP. Part 4 Delivery 1 pc computer kit for KSMM. Part 5 Delivery of a computing server for the ADMEDVOICE project for KSMM. Part 6 Delivery 15 pcs. computer kits for KSME. Part 7 Delivery 10 pcs. servers for KSME. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the scope in individual parts is specified in Annex 4I-VII to the Terms of Contract Specification and in the material and price forms constituting Annexes No. 2I-VII to the SWZ.

Delivery 18 pcs. computer kits for KASK

1) The subject of the order in Part 1 is the delivery of 18 pcs. computer kits for KASK.

2) The subject of the order in Part 1 includes the delivery of equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters, to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.

3. The detailed description and scope of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annexes 2I and 4I to SWZ.

4) The Ordering Party requires that the delivery time be no longer than 28 days.

5) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract for at least 36 months.

6) The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex 3I to the SWZ.

7) The subject of the order must be brand new, complete with a high standard both in terms of workmanship as well as functionality, free from material and structural defects, without prior operation and cannot be subject to third party rights.

8) The rate of 0% VAT on the assortment being the subject of the order:

1) The Contracting Authority shall apply to the Ministry of Education and Science in order to confirm the application of the 0% VAT rate in connection with Article 83 paragraph 1 point 26 letter a), paragraphs 13, 14 and 15 of the Act of 11.03.2004 on the tax on goods and services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 931, as amended) to the assortment included in Annex 8 to the Act (sets of desktop computers).

2) The Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor with a certificate from the Ministry of Education and Science, which is the basis for charging a VAT rate of 0% on the equipment indicated in the order.

3) If the Ministry of Education and Science does not send an appropriate certificate within the deadline for issuing the invoice by the Contractor, the Contractor will issue an invoice with VAT, and after receiving the certificate, it will issue a VAT correction invoice.

Delivery 1 pc. managed switch for KASK

1) The subject of the order in Part 2 is the delivery of 1 pc. managed switch for KASK.

2) The subject of the order in Part 2 includes the delivery of equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters, to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.

3. The detailed description and scope of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annexes 2II and 4II to SWZ.

4) The Ordering Party requires that the delivery time be no longer than 28 days.

5) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract for at least 36 months.

Delivery 20 pcs. computer central units and 2 pcs. monitors for KIOP

1) The subject of the order in Part 3 is the delivery of 20 pcs. computer central units and 2 pcs. monitors for KIOP.

2) The subject of the order in Part 3 includes the delivery of equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters, to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.

3. The detailed description and scope of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annexes 2III and 4III to SWZ.

4) The Ordering Party requires that the delivery time be no longer than 28 days.

5) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract for at least 12 months.

6) The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex 3III to the SWZ.

7) The subject of the order must be brand new, complete with a high standard both in terms of workmanship as well as functionality, free from material and structural defects, without prior operation and cannot be subject to third party rights.

8) The rate of 0% VAT on the assortment being the subject of the order:

1) The Contracting Authority shall apply to the Ministry of Education and Science in order to confirm the application of the 0% VAT rate in connection with Article 83 paragraph 1 point 26 letter a), paragraphs 13, 14 and 15 of the Act of 11.03.2004 on the tax on goods and services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 931, as amended) to the assortment included in Annex 8 to the Act (central units of computers and monitors).

1) The subject of the order in Part 4 is the delivery of 1 pc. computer kit for KSMM.

2) The subject of the order in Part 4 includes the delivery of equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters, to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.

5) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract for at least 36 months.

6) The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex 3IV to the SWZ.

7) The subject of the order must be brand new, complete with a high standard both in terms of workmanship as well as functionality, free from material and structural defects, without prior operation and cannot be subject to third party rights.

8) The rate of 0% VAT on the assortment being the subject of the order:

Delivery of a computing server for the ADMEDVOICE project for KSMM

1) The subject of the contract in Lot 5 is the supply of a computing server for the ADMEDVOICE project for KSMM.

2) The subject of the order in Part 5 includes the delivery of equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters, to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.

3) A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 2V and 4V to SWZ.

4) The Ordering Party requires that the delivery time be no longer than 90 days.

5) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract for at least 36 months.

6) The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex 3V to the SWZ.

7) The subject of the order must be brand new, complete with a high standard both in terms of workmanship as well as functionality, free from material and structural defects, without prior operation and cannot be subject to third party rights.

8) The rate of 0% VAT on the assortment being the subject of the order:

1) The Contracting Authority shall apply to the Ministry of Education and Science in order to confirm the application of the 0% VAT rate in connection with Article 83 paragraph 1 point 26 letter a), paragraphs 13, 14 and 15 of the Act of 11.03.2004 on the tax on goods and services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 931, as amended) to the assortment included in Annex 8 to the Act (server).

3) A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Annexes 2VI and 4VI to the SWZ.

4) The Ordering Party requires that the delivery period be no longer than 30 days.

5) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract for at least 36 months.

6) The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex 3VI to the SWZ.

7) The subject of the order must be brand new, complete with a high standard both in terms of workmanship as well as functionality, free from material and structural defects, without prior operation and cannot be subject to third party rights.

3) A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 2VII and 4VII to the SWZ.

4) The Ordering Party requires that the delivery period be no longer than 30 days.

5) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract for at least 36 months.

6) The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex 3VII to the SWZ.

7) The subject of the order must be brand new, complete with a high standard both in terms of workmanship as well as functionality, free from material and structural defects, without prior operation and cannot be subject to third party rights.
