- the program manager, who is in charge of the project on a day-to-day basis, directs the program team and is ultimately responsible for the design, quality and working method of the project organization and the project result,
—The environment manager, who ensures the maintenance and further development of social and administrative support, monitors the interests in the project environment and ensures central information provision and external communication,
- the technical managers, who ensure the realization of the desired result by specifying the demand, the design of the system and by continuously assessing whether the system meets the requirements set during the life cycle of the various sub-projects.
