Campus Handwerk Halle - Open space planning (§39 HOAI) Work phases 5 (proportionate) and 6 to 8
The Halle (Saale) Chamber of Crafts intends to build a new supra-regional training centre for skilled trades on the grounds of the Education and Technology Centre (BTZ) in Halle-Osendorf for long-term use. For this future CAMPUS HANDWERK HALLE, a comprehensive renovation and new construction with the design of the outdoor facilities is to take place. The planned construction site is the currently used training site of the Halle (Saale) Chamber of Crafts. The development is to be carried out from the direction of the "Street of the Miners", the planned construction site is located in the adjoining area of the "Street of the Craftsmen" to the north. The objective is to expand the current BTZ as a training location with campus quality. The new construction and conversion measures required for this (administration and boarding school buildings, training workshops, open spaces) are to be built in the form of a campus-like area on an area of approx. 3 hectares while maintaining ongoing operations, taking into account contemporary architecture and landscape planning with innovative integration of renewable energy conversions. The aim is to ensure flexible usability of the new training workshops to be designed.
The design for the realization of the future "CAMPUS HANDWERK Halle" was found as part of a planning competition. This design implements the client's ideas for the implementation of a high-quality design and at the same time rational and economical construction method as well as sustainable building technology and must be realized in the approved form by the end of 2025. In this way, a sustainably usable building structure is to be created under the aspect of modular sections that can be repeated as far as possible, which can adapt to future changing numbers of trainees and, if necessary, changed usage requirements. The campus-shaped arrangement of the workshop halls forms a square courtyard measuring about 65 x 65 m. While the external extension of the campus is about 125 x 125 m in total, the individual workshop halls are on average about 25 x 30 m in size and 8 m high. The workshop halls are supplemented by learning areas in the form of seminar rooms and social areas in the form of changing rooms/washrooms and toilets.
On the site there are existing buildings as a boarding school and canteen. In the course of a reduction in overnight accommodation, the boarding school will be converted into administrative rooms during ongoing operations and will be modernized in parts. The canteen will be retained in its existing form.
The subject of the tender is the planning of open spaces in accordance with § 39 HOAI. The contract is awarded for LPH 5 to 8, whereby LPH 5 is already available on a pro rata basis and will subsequently only be reassigned on a pro rata basis.
The processing area covers approx. 3 hectares and is currently expected with a total cost framework of approx. € 3.8 million (gross) for KG 500 (DIN 276).
The project is funded by the federal government and the state of Saxony-Anhalt.
In the event of an assignment, the project team offered must be immediately and fully available. If necessary, an increase in the number of teams must be secured/enabled to ensure adherence to deadlines.
