The subject of the contract includes the granting of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 10,000,000.00 to finance the planned budget deficit

1. The subject of the contract includes the granting of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 10,000,000.00 to finance the planned budget deficit under the following conditions:

• A loan in the amount of PLN 10,000,000.00 will be granted in tranches during 2022 to the basic account of the Wadowice Poviat.

• The amount and date of transfer of funds will be agreed with the Contractor each time on the basis of submitted applications before launching the tranche by fax or e-mail.

• Instructions for the payment of loan tranches will be submitted according to the template used by the Contractor.

• The loan start-up period should not be longer than five business days.

• Loan period until 31.12.2030

• Grace period in repayment of capital until 30.03.2023

• The Contractor will not charge any commissions on the loan launched or any additional fees.

• The Ordering Party shall not incur additional fees due to certificates and other documents issued by the Bank necessary for the Ordering Party to keep accounting records and determine the amount of financial liabilities.

• The loan will be repaid in 32 installments in the period from 31.03.2023 to 31 December 2030.
