The subject of the contract is: Purchase and successive delivery of light fuel oil for the Wastewater Treatment Plant "WARTA" S.A. in Częstochowa. The estimated amount of fuel oil supplied in the delivery period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 420,000 liters. In the course of the execution of the order, the Ordering Party reserves the right to order heating oil in the amount from 5% to 100% of the estimated quantity. Due to the reduction of the scope of the contract referred to in the previous sentence, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any financial claims against the Ordering Party. Within the scope of the right of option, the Ordering Party reserves the right to additionally order heating oil in the amount of up to 980,000 liters. • Density at 15oC – max. 860 kg/m3.
• Calorific value – min. 42.6 MJ/kg.
• Lepkość kinematyczna temp. 20oC – max. 6 mm2/s.
• Pour point – max. -20oC.
• Flash point – min. 56oC.
• Sulphur content – max. 0.1% MoM
• Water content – max. 200 mg/kg.
• Content of solid impurities – max. 24 mg/kg.
• Coking residue (10% distillation residue) – max. 0.3% MoM
• Residue after incineration – max. 0.01% MoM
• Red color.

6. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders because, in accordance with Article 25(2) of the PPL Act, the contract in question "for technical, organizational or economic reasons forms an inseparable whole
