SOLAS may, on occasion, require additional resources to assist on strategic ICT projects and is therefore seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework (minimum of three, maximum five participants) agreement for professional ICT contractor services. The framework agreement will be for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend for a period of two (2) years on one (1) such occasion. All framework participants will be subject to performance measurement and continuous improvement reviews throughout the period of each framework agreement.
