Rental and technical management contract of real estate complexes belonging to SCI subsidiaries of the Housing Property Association.

This consultation concerns 2 types of missions:

- the administration of property, complete, of a group in full ownership: the rental and technical management will be global and will concern at the same time the privative parts and the common parts, partial or total,

- the administration of residential property located in co-owned housing estates: the rental and technical management will concern only the private units, as well as the management of the relations with the trustee and the representation of the principal.

It concerns the following types of goods:

- new programs under agreements, or with free rent, whose delivery corresponds to the effective date of the mandate, carried out in neighborhoods predominantly for social housing, or in the immediate vicinity,

- urban renewal in existing: free rent programs already in service, for which the current management mandate comes to an end,

- existing real estate development: existing programs already in service for which the current management mandate is coming to an end.
