Successive supplies of animal products, meat and meat products to schools and educational institutions providing collective nutrition to children in the Ursynów District m.st Warsaw

The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of animal products, meat and meat products to schools and educational institutions conducting collective nutrition of children in the Ursynów District m.st Warsaw, corresponding to qualitatively detailed commercial (industry) standards and the general commercial standard specified in applicable law.

A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Price Form constituting an attachment to the SWZ for:

1) part No. 1 of the "Ursynów Północ" contract: Annex No. 3 A to the SWZ,

3) part No. 2 of the order "Ursynów: Natolin - Kabaty": Annex No. 3 B to SWZ,

4) part No. 3 of the "Ursynów Centrum" contract: Annex No. 3 C to the SWZ,

5) part No. 4 of the order "Ursynów: Puławska": Annex No. 3 D to the SWZ.

Part No. 1 of the order "Ursynów Północ":

A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Price Form constituting an attachment to the SWZ for:

part no. 1 of the order "Ursynów Północ": annex no. 3 A to SWZ.

The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a quality guarantee for the delivered subject of the contract. By means of a 'quality guarantee', the shelf life of articles delivered to schools and educational establishments shall be deemed to be at least:

1. 2 days from the date of each delivery for fresh meat,

2. 14 days from the date of each delivery for processed meat products,

3. 1 month from the date of each delivery for processed meat products dried.

Meat, cold cuts and poultry should be transported in packaging made of materials intended for contact with food, not damaged, not wet and clean, without traces of mold and foreign odors.

Disqualifying features common to meat and cold cuts are in particular: foreign aftertastes, odors, surface changes: sliminess, mold bloom, greening of meat or cold cuts; occurrence of glands, bone fragments, freezing.

Disqualifying features common to meat and poultry products are, in particular: foreign aftertastes, odors, surface changes: slimyness, mold coating, gray-green color, ingredients used for production with cartilage, tendons, clusters of one of the components, the presence of pests and their residues, dirt, lack of packaging marking, their mechanical damage, broken seals, non-contractual shelf life, freezing.

The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor delivering the ordered products assist in its unloading at the place indicated by the Ordering Party and be present when checking the compliance of the products with the order.

Each school and educational institution will be delivered a maximum of 3 deliveries from Monday to Friday

Persons performing the delivery must have a current medical certificate for sanitary and epidemiological purposes, which they present at the request of the Ordering Party.

The offered products must meet the requirements set out in the applicable laws on the production and marketing of food. Each product must be manufactured and placed on the market in accordance with the requirements of the HACCP system.

Food products delivered to schools and educational institutions providing collective nutrition to children in the Ursynów District m.st Warsaw will meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 26 July 2016 on groups of foodstuffs intended for sale to children and adolescents in units of the education system and the requirements to be met by foodstuffs used as part of mass catering of children and adolescents in these units (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1154).

Part No. 2 of the order "Ursynów: Natolin - Kabaty"

A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Price Form constituting an attachment to the SWZ for:

part no. 2 of the order "Ursynów Natolin - Kabaty": Annex No. 3 B to the SWZ.
