1. The subject of the order is the collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of residential properties where residents do not reside, and municipal waste from the city and municipality of Nowa Sarzyna arises from 1.5.2019 to 30.6.2020.
2. The subject of the contract includes:
1) collecting municipal waste from owners of residential properties, where residents do not live, and municipal waste from the city and commune of Nowa Sarzyna arises;
2) transport of waste referred to in point 1 to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation - Mixed and selective waste sorting plant, composting plant in Sigiełki, 37-418 Krzeszów;
3) establishing and operating a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.

3. The Contractor is obliged to comply with applicable laws during the contract, in particular:
1) the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 992, as amended),
2) the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended),
3) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11.1.2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122),
4) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 14.12.2016 on recycling levels, preparation for re-use and recovery of other municipal waste fractions by other methods (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2167),
5) the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15.12.2017 on the levels for limiting the storage of mass of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412),
6) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 26.7.2018 on templates of reports on municipal waste collected and collected, liquid waste collected and the implementation of municipal waste management tasks (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1627),
7) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29.12.2016 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 19).
