This consultation concerns the carrying out of studies and the construction of a stable structure (STS) and its tools and is divided into 3 phases:

Phase 1: Preliminary study,

Phase 2: Detailed studies and procurement,

Phase 3: Realization of the STS and its tools.

The benefits are described as follows:

Phase 1: Preliminary study of the SSC

Phase 1 includes the provision of a preliminary study.

Phase 2: Detailed studies and procurement

Phase 2 includes the delivery of the documentary deliverables related to the detailed studies and all the supplies required for Phase 3 (Zerodur stocks, other materials and components).

Phase 3: Completion of the SST

Phase 3 includes:

o the manufacture and supply of an STS and its tools,

o factory controls and tests,

o the installation of the STS on the CNES site

o CNES on-site inspections and tests

o Provision of all documentary deliverables

o A 24-month warranty from the date of acceptance of Phase 3
