This framework agreement concerns the supply of drinking water meters for the Régie de l'eau de la Communauté de communes Vallée des Baux-Alpilles (CCVBA). The framework agreement shall be awarded to a single economic operator. The framework agreement with minimum and maximum is made pursuant to articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. The amount of benefits for the initial period of the framework agreement is defined as follows: EUR 30 000 minimum excluding VAT and EUR 150 000 maximum excluding VAT; the amounts will be identical for each renewal period.

This framework agreement concerns the supply of drinking water meters for the Régie de l'eau de la Communauté de communes Vallée des Baux-Alpilles (CCVBA) which is composed of 6 different communal territories, namely: the commune of Aureille, the municipality of Eygalières, the commune of Mas-Blanc-des-Alpilles, the commune of Mouriès, the Commune of Saint-Étienne-du -Sandstone, the Commune of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. This framework agreement will be concluded for all municipalities managed in governance and may be extended to other municipalities depending on the expiry dates of the current public service delegation contracts.
