8. The Ordering Party does not reserve in the description of the subject of the order accessibility for people with disabilities and design for all users.
9. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks related to the implementation of the subject of the contract.
10. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for individual Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract to perform key tasks related to the implementation of the subject of the contract.
11. Due to the fact that the activities performed by persons designated for the performance of the public contract consist in the provision of work within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Labor Code, the Ordering Party specifies the requirement for the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons on the basis of a contract.
12.The Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor to employ the persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the PPL.
13. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the requirements related to the performance of the contract referred to in provision 96(1) of the PPL.

15. The contracting authority provides for the procedure to be conducted using the procedure set out in Article 139 of the PPL.
16. The Contracting Authority does not provide for a pre-tender meeting with the Contractors; conducting an electronic auction referred to in Articles 227 to 238 of the PPL; the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL; reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings, except for the situation referred to in Article 261 of the PPL; the requirement or possibility to submit tenders in the form of electronic cat., or to attach a catal. electronic to the offer of Article 93 of the PPL.
17. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractors to pay a bid bond.
