The procurement refers to framework agreements regarding three types of contractual areas:
A) Wetlands & Small Water, B) Shallow Bays & Lakes, C) Running Water & Hiking Barriers
Whole or part tender
Tenders may be submitted for at least one area of agreement and at most all three contractual areas.
For Contracting Area A) Wetlands & Small Water, B) Shallow Bays and Lakes, and C) Running Water & Hiking Barriers, the principle of renewed competition is applied.
Number of suppliers
The requester intends to sign contracts with multiple suppliers.
Mission orientation
The Commissioner is responsible, among other things, for the management of most of the county's approximately 150 nature reserves, and just under 200 Natura 2000 areas, as well as for working on the Threatened Species Action Plan.
In these different areas, recurring work is required to restore biotopes such as streams, wetlands and shallow sea bays or creating free hiking routes and more. Work takes place in lakes, streams, wetlands and in the Baltic Sea.
The purpose of the procurement is to meet the need for total contractors who can effectively carry out work in the three areas of agreement. More detailed description of the mission and the County Board's expectations of the mission are stated in Section 4: “Mission Regulations”.
