The subject of the Order is:

1. Periodic inspection of the five-year technical condition of the infrastructure and SSPW_WP network equipment,

2. Performing an examination of the actual state, i.e. a physical inventory, assets of the SSPW_WP network, prepared as a result of direct observations and measurements, including verification of the technical condition of facilities and devices in the passive and active networks,

3. Rental of rooms for the purpose of storing SSPW_WP network equipment, in particular: routers, batteries, power stations/power plants, dismantled from the distribution network layers and currently deposited in the Operator's warehouse in Dębica at 203C Wielopolska Street and stored in the "backbone nodes" of the SSPW_WP network.

4. Development of technical, formal, legal and economic documentation necessary for the proper conduct of the procedure concerning the SSPW_WP network, i.e.: a) sale of infrastructure after the end of the current operating period, b) operation of infrastructure by a special purpose vehicle.

The subject of the Order is:

1. Conducting a periodic five-year inspection of the technical condition of the infrastructure and equipment of the SSPW_WP network, in accordance with the requirement specified in Article 62 paragraph 1 point 2 of the Construction Law,

2. Performing an examination of the actual state, i.e. a physical inventory, assets of the SSPW_WP network, prepared as a result of direct observations and measurements, including verification of the technical condition of facilities and devices in the passive and active networks,

3. Rental of rooms for the purpose of storing SSPW_WP network equipment, in particular: routers, batteries, power stations/power plants, dismantled from the distribution network layers and currently deposited in the Operator's warehouse in Dębica at 203C Wielopolska Street and stored in the "backbone nodes" of the SSPW_WP network.

4. Development of technical, formal, legal and economic documentation necessary for the proper conduct of the procedure concerning the SSPW_WP network, i.e.:

(a) the sale of infrastructure after the end of the current operating period,

(b) the operation of the infrastructure by the special purpose vehicle.
